Open House for Prospective Applicants - Saturday, October 29
Visiting King Hall is one of the best ways to learn about who we are as a law school and whether UC Davis is the right place for you to study law. The half-day Open House provides a unique opportunity for prospective applicants to learn more about King Hall's admission and financial aid process, and to meet our faculty and current students. A registration link, and a detailed schedule of events, will be available on this site on September 1.
Information Sessions - Monthly (October - February)
In addition to the annual Open House for Prospective Applicants, consider joining us for a one-hour Information Session. The Info Session is designed to explain general aspects of the admission process. Learn the answers to your questions about personal statements, letters of recommendation and much more. A tour of our recently renovated, state-of-the-art facility, typically led by a current student, will immediately follow the Session. Sessions take place 12:00 p.m. - 1:00 p.m. or 5:00 - 6:00 p.m. Registration for 2016-2017 Information Sessions will be available on this site on September 1.
Tours and Class Visits
We welcome individual and group visits Monday - Friday, 8:00 a.m. - 5:00 p.m. To schedule a visit, please complete the below request form to arrange for a tour and class visit. We can usually accommodate walk-in requests for tours, however, class visits typically require advance planning. For a group visit, please submit a request at least 5 business days before a visit. To see the list of courses and meeting times please visit the Registrar's site and click on Schedules (click here for course descriptions).
Law student volunteers serve as tour guides and provide a personalized view of the school based on their own experiences. Guided tours usually begin in mid-September. Please consult the Law School academic calendar to determine when classes are in session and student tour guides are available. Guided tours are not available during reading periods, exam periods, holidays, and summer vacation (view the Academic Calendar for specific dates).
