Professor Shanske Discusses Proposed One-Time Tax on California Billionaires

Professor Darien Shanske spoke to State Affairs for a Dec. 8 story on a proposed one-time wealth tax on California billionaires that could help close an expected $100 million gap in the state’s health care system.
