Professor Cooper Contributes to Decision Favoring Habeas Attorney Fees

Professor Holly Cooper helped draft an amicus brief that proved instrumental in a  U.S. Court of Appeals for the Tenth Circuit decision in November to allow attorneys to recover costs in immigration habeas cases.
