Professor Dmitriy Kamensky is a distinguished professor of law and legal scholar in Kyiv, Ukraine.  Professor Kamensky has been a speaker at numerous conferences and forums in Ukraine, Europe, and the United States, and he has hosted several international law conferences.  He co-developed and supervised the pro bono legal aid clinic in the law school where he taught in Berdyansk, Ukraine, which has been occupied after the 2022 invasion.

In the United States, he was a visiting Professor of Law and Fulbright Scholar at Stetson University College of Law, in Florida.  He has published articles in American legal publications, including the Los Angeles Lawyer, the Criminal Justice Section Newsletter of the American Bar Association, and several academic law reviews.
