This symposium will explore the legal challenges facing Latinos in the U.S., as highlighted in the ABA Hispanic Commission's recently issued report entitled Latinos in the United States; Overcoming Legal Obstacles, Engaging in Civic Life. Specifically, this event will examine critical issues at the intersection of immigration and education, labor and employment, racial justice, and economic integration. Experts, advocates, and legal professionals will discuss systemic barriers, emerging legal trends, and actionable solutions to ensure equity and justice for Latino communities.
