Victorio Shaw '11 Delves into Federal Indian Law

Victorio Shaw '11

As part of the Aoki Center for Critical Race and Nation Studies Interdisciplinary Research Seminar Series, 2011 alum Victorio Shaw gave a talk, "Decolonizing Federal Indian Law." The September 4 lecture provided modern and historical context to one of America's most enigmatic fields of law.

Professors Mary Louise Frampton, director of the Aoki Center, Lisa Pruitt, myself, and Clay Tanaka attended to hear the powerful and informative lecture. It's wonderful to see our alums back at King Hall!
