UC Davis Welcomes New Athletic Director

A big announcement from the main campus today: this fall, UC Davis will welcome new Athletics Director Terry Tumey. 

I had the pleasure of serving on the recruitment advisory committee in the search for a new AD.  Having grown up in Los Angeles as a diehard UCLA sports fan (where Terry was an All-Pac 10 football star), I thoroughly enjoyed meeting Terry during the recruitment process.  I have complete confidence that he’ll do a great job taking Aggie athletics to new heights.
