Talking U.S. v. Texas on eFM’s This Morning
Two weeks ago, an equally divided Supreme Court left intact a lower court injunction barring the implementation of a major immigration initiative of the Obama administration in its ruling in the case of United States v. Texas.
Yesterday on the Seoul-based news program “This Morning” on eFM, I talked about the case, its impact on undocumented immigrants, how it reflects on the issue of immigration internationally, and how it may affect the U.S. Presidential race.
