Schwartz/Levi Inn of Court meets virtually

The Schwartz/Levi Inn of Court held its May meeting on Zoom. The topic for the evening was “Managing Stress.” Given that we are in the midst of a global pandemic, a focus on stress reduction was very much in order.

Attorneys experience stress even in good periods. Many Inn members noted the increased stress with the pandemic. Stress reduction tools include stretching, walking, meditation, and relaxation techniques. (I have found that a long walk with the family dog is a good stress reducer.)

Yolo County Judge Sonia Cortés led a very fruitful and timely discussion.
