Professor Soucek Delivers Lively Lunchtime Talk

I had the pleasure of attending Professor Brian Soucek’s lunchtime presentation August 30. He lectured about critical perspectives on civil procedure and property. It was part of the Aoki Center series on the first-year curriculum. Professors Tom Joo (contracts) and Jack Chin (contracts) presented earlier in the week. 

Before a standing room only crowd, Professor Soucek talked eloquently about the famous due process case of Goldberg v. Kelly (1970). The students were spellbound by the presentation.
