Professor Bhagwat Delivers Lecture on Social Media and the First Amendment

Professor Ashutosh Bhagwat spoke in the Constitutional Law Discussion Series presented by the Federalist Society. Professor Bhagwat discussed the possibility of social network providers policing the truth of information in their networks. He views this as a bad idea that is contrary to First Amendment values.
