Preview Day draws record number of prospective students

UC Davis School of Law hosted a special Preview Day for prospective applicants from UC Davis, always an amazing feeder school for us.  An exuberant and enthusiastic full house of undergraduates heard from current students, alums and faculty. The atmosphere was electric! 

I had the privilege of welcoming the group to King Hall and highlighting our commitment to excellence, diversity and community like no other law school. 

The informational panels were followed by a reception with food and refreshments as well as good spirits. Among others, Senior Associate Dean for Academic Affairs Afra Afsharipour talked with potential King Hallers.

The Preview Day was a great success thanks to the dedication of our great Admissions professionals, including Alexis Elston and Joe Schneider. More than 92 prospective students were in attendance, and one was actually an admit. This is more than double the amount we had last year, and by far the largest turnout that we have ever had for this particular event. Special thanks to the Admissions team and double Aggie students!
