The New Latinx 'Repatriation'?

I presented a paper on the topic of "The New Latinx 'Repatriation'?" March 1 at UCLA's Center for the Study of International Migration.

The paper analyzed how President Trump's immigration enforcement measures, which center on the removal of "criminal aliens," in effect amount to a targeted effort to remove Latina/os from the United States.

The paper is part of a UCLA Law Review symposium on Latinos, Bias, and the Criminal Justice System, which will be published in fall 2019.
