I had lunch this week with Professor Jack Chin at the Chicago Café in Woodland. The historic nature of the restaurant has been in the news thanks to Professor Chin's research. Executive Director of Marketing and Communications Kelley Weiss joined Jack and I for lunch. We had a great time!
