KHIPLA Mixer

Congratulations to the King Hall Intellectual Property Law Association on its successful mixer last week!

I stopped by the evening reception in the courtyard.  It was a very well-attended event with a number of alums, students, and friends.  I talked with some of the guests from Tech Transfer, including Barbara Boczar and David McGee.  I also talked with Negin Yazdani '12, one of our students, who recently was honored with a scholarship at the Diversity Unity dinner.

The organizers did a fantastic job putting together the event, with great food and wine, and even live jazz music performed by law students!
