Disability Law Culture Week
This week is Disability Law Culture Week at UC Davis School of Law. On Monday, I had the opportunity to see the Criminal Law and Disability Rights panel. Professor Jasmine Harris, a disability law expert, began the discussion, followed by Tifanei Ressl-Moyer, Legal Fellow at Disability Rights California (pictured below with Professor Harris).
The Disability Rights Law Students Association put the week of events together, including a Tuesday panel on Disability and Reproductive Rights and a Disability Rights Mixer on Wednesday.
We are lucky that we have these opportunities to learn about disability law and the rights of the disabled. Thanks to everyone who made this possible!
