Concerns about another possible bar exam postponement
Last week, the California Supreme Court informed the State Bar of California that it is considering
moving the bar examination to an online administration on Oct. 5 and 6, 2020, that would include an online-deployable version of the Multistate Bar Examination.
The further possible postponement has significant impacts on graduates, professional and otherwise. As such, I joined the California law school deans in a
letter to express our grave concerns about the negative effects that a further postponement of the exam would have on our recent graduates, and to advocate on their behalf.
