Chicanx/Latinx and Native American Careers in Law
Last week, I participated in a Chicanx/Latinx and Native American Careers in Law webinar for high school and community college students. Law students Armando Aguilar and Monica Ortega, co-chairs of the Latinx Law Students Association, joined me to talk about our journeys to law school, what law school is like, and the many career opportunities for J.D.s.
As I mentioned during the discussion, UC Davis School of Law is extremely fortunate to have students like Armando and Monica. The participants asked some great questions about the law school application process, the law school experience, and the careers of lawyers. Our future is in good hands!
