CELPC Presents Jake Dear '83, Former Chief Supervising Attorney of the California Supreme Court

On Thursday, Jan. 18, the California Environmental Law and Policy Center (CELPC) hosted Jack Dear '83, retired Chief Supervising Attorney of the California Supreme Court. CELPC Co-Director, Professor Rick Frank '74 engaged in a dialogue with Dear about the workings of the California Supreme Court. Dear worked for a series of justices, including retired Chief Justice Tani Cantil-Sakauye '84. Although retired, Dear continues to do volunteer work for Chief Justice Patricia Guerrero. 

Dear offered a wonderful discussion of California's high court and students gained valuable information from Dear's insights.
