Celebrating the Life of Professor Miguel Méndez

Last week, we said farewell to our beloved Professor Miguel Méndez, who died on May 25 after a long illness. Many of his friends from UC Davis made it to an inspiring celebration of Miguel's life on June 11 at the Trinity Presbyterian Church in San Carlos. Friends, family, law professors, and others came together and heard about the life of our colleague.  Miguel would have loved hearing of the many Miguel Méndez stories told over tacos and other good food, with a talented mariachi group playing in the background.
