At the invitation of Chief Judge Kim Mueller, I participated in the U.S District Court for the Eastern District of California's Constitution Day Celebration. It involved a community reading of the U.S. Constitution. I read Article I Section 5, which establishes the power of Congress to set rules of conduct.
It was an inspiring celebration and reminder of the power of the Constitution and the amazing foresight of the framers.
