Black History Month: BLSA Presents Dr. James Armstead

It was a pleasure to attend the Black Law Students Association’s noontime lecture today.

Student Suleiman Oladeinde ’16 of BLSA introduced the speaker, Dr. James Armstead, Jr., a retired professor of the U.S. Naval War College. (Suleiman and Dr. Armstead know each other from Chicago.) 

It was wonderful to meet Dr. Armistead before his speech and welcome him and his wife to UC Davis School of Law. In his address, he talked about the moral responsibilities of lawyers.
