Today, the School of Law honored the 2018 UC Davis School of Law Order of the Barristers, an honor bestowed on the law school’s very best trial and appellate advocates, including:

After a celebratory lunch (it was the last week of classes, and all of the new barristers are third-year students), Michael Canzoneri (Appellate Advocacy), who is a senior attorney in the California Department of Justice, and Dennis Cota (Trial Advocacy), who founded his firm Cota Cole,  presented framed certificates to each of the honorees.  Each of them shared courtroom stories about the students and their excellence in advocacy.

This is a week of warm and wonderful celebrations of King Hall achievements and memories.  We are lucky to have such accomplished students – as well as dedicated professors – at King Hall.
