Room block dates with special rates for conference attendees: November 13, 14, 15, and 16. (If you would like to arrive earlier or stay later than the dates listed above, please contact the Hyatt Place sales department.)

To receive the special conference rate, please book no later than October 16.

2. Input your check-in and check-out dates on the upper right section of the webpage.
3. The Group Code has already been put in for you, so move to Step 4.
4. Click the “Check Availability” button.
5. The room types and Special Group Rate will populate along with the group name at the top of the page.
6. Select the room type you would like to book by clicking the “book now” button.
7. Complete the next page with all of the necessary information.
