Meeting Prospective Students at LMU
Posted By Kevin R. Johnson, Feb 18, 2016
Every year, I try to visit a few college campuses to recruit new students for UC Davis School of Law. This week, I visited Loyola Marymount University in Los Angeles.
It was a bit rainy at the campus by the sea, but the students of the Phi Delta Phi Honor Society at LMU were full of energy and enthusiasm about the prospect of attending law school. Marco Dell'Oro, the leader of the student group, organized the event. The students asked thoughtful and respectful questions about law school. Many of the students reminded me of LMU grad and current King Hall student Beatriz Alfaro, who will graduate with our Class of 2017.
