A Prediction in Arizona v. United States

Posted By Kevin R. Johnson, Apr 30, 2012

King Hall faculty contribute a special column to JURIST, a legal news and legal research website operated out of the University of Pittsburgh School of Law.  JURIST publishes a commentary piece from members of our faculty on a monthly basis.  In the newest column, I address public perception and the law in Arizona v. United States.  My prediction: the Supreme Court will likely uphold at least two sections of SB 1070.

Read the column at Jurist.  The column is also cross-posted to our Faculty Blog, where you can leave a comment!
