Fall OCI Bidding Now Open!!
Bidding for Fall OCI is now OPEN! You should have received an email from the Career Services Office last week with detailed bidding instructions. If you are planning on participating in Fall OCI this year, make sure to send your application materials to the Career Services Office during the next few weeks to ensure a thorough review.

How do I place bids?
Bidding for OCI, Off-Campus and Resume Collections opened June 9th. Before you can place bids, you need to upload documents in your Documents section. The Apply button will only appear once you have uploaded all the documents an employer is requesting. If an employer has requested a document that you have not uploaded
it will say "not selected" in the Bid/Application Details area of the posting; once uploaded a drop-down menu will appear. Some employers will ask for Other Documents; the other documents requested will be listed in the Additional Requests section of the posting.

Is there an advantage to bidding early?
No, but do not wait until the last minute to complete your applications in case you have questions that you did not anticipate about Symplicity or the bidding process. Employers do not have access to student bids during the bidding period. The day after the bidding deadline is when employers receive access to application materials. Although they will have access to your application materials after the bidding deadline, they cannot see when you placed your bid.
