Reception and Screening of Judge Emily Vasquez Documentary "A Job in the Shade: The Emily Vasquez Story"

The Aoki Center invites you to join University of the Pacific McGeorge School of Law's Center for Inclusion and Diversity and Office of Student Services for a special screening of the documentary "A Job in the Shade: The Emily Vasquez Story" in recognition of Latinx Heritage Month.
The evening will begin with an invite-only reception, followed by the film screening. After the documentary, attendees are invited to stay for a Q&A session with the judge featured in the film and the film's producer, who will discuss the story behind the documentary and its impact.
The documentary screening will be held at the Guild Theater, located at 2828 35th Street, Sacramento, CA 95817.
