Often, the difficult days of law school are ones you hope to forget. But it's those memorable experiences that make you long for the days of just being back in school, even law school.
When Professor Edward Immwinkelreid, world-renowned Evidence instructor, walked into your classroom, you would have to get past the star-gazing and oratory excellence, and remember to take notes! When Dean Kevin Johnson, then Professor Johnson, chooses to have his Immigration Policy class watch Sophie's Choice to teach us the hardship of families who have to choose between staying with their families, leaving them behind, or splitting everyone up just to have a better life, you fight back the tears, and remind yourself that you're training to be a tough legal advocate after all!
And when you finally graduate and you're torn between exuberation and sheer fear, you realize that you've just been trained by the best, which only means you will be one of the best! What a privilege it has been to be part of King Hall's 50 years!
