The Law of Innovation: From Idea to IPO
This year's UC Davis Business Law Journal annual symposium will focus on the legal considerations behind start-ups. Distinguished panelists broken up into three panels will discuss the work of attorneys who work with start-ups.
Discussions will focus on basics and foundations of start-up law, creation and protection, and late-stage development, as well as the experience of practitioners in the field. Please join us at King Hall as we explore the dynamic intersection of law, innovation, and entrepreneurship, and gain valuable insights into the legal landscape shaping start-up success. Breakfast, lunch, and a reception afterwards will be provided.
