This year's UC Davis Journal of International Law & Policy annual symposium will explore the U.S. role in global affairs, critically examining whether it can still serve as a constructive force in addressing international challenges.

The symposium will begin with two engaging panels—one examining national security and foreign policy, and the other focusing on global governance. The symposium will conclude with a keynote address titled "State and Local Governments' Role in Protecting Global Interests and the World Order” delivered by Julia Spiegel, the Founder and CEO of GovAct.”

Please join us at King Hall as we delve into the evolving role of the U.S. in shaping international law, governance, and security. Breakfast and lunch will be provided.
