The virtual Wilson Sonsini 1L Student Diversity Summit will bring together the best and brightest diverse law students from around the country. The program will be held over the course of two days: beginning late afternoon on Thursday, March 17 and all day Friday, March 18 at The Ameswell Hotel.

Over the course of two days, you will have the opportunity to: meet our attorneys; hear from lawyers about their different career paths; learn more about succeeding in big law; and practice the art of networking. We will provide concrete advice to help you succeed.

Applications are due Friday, January 28 at 5 pm PT/8 pm ET.. To apply, please click here to complete the 1L Student Diversity Summit Online Application and upload these required documents:
1. A brief (one page maximum) personal statement which could highlight:

  • Personal and professional achievements
  • Examples of how you exhibit leadership
  • Your commitment to diversity in your school and/or community
  • How you have overcome adversity
  • Any other aspects of your experience that make you a good candidate for the
    program.

2. Your resume.

3. Complete an assessment using Suited. In order to provide us with a more holistic view of your candidacy, we invite you to complete an A.I. powered assessment tool that allows us to discover talent on an equitable basis. Please click the link above to get started. The assessment should take no longer than 30 minutes. Please note that the first portion of the assessment is timed.
