The Minnesota Minority Recruitment Conference (MMRC) is an annual event that connects the legal employers in the Minneapolis/St. Paul metropolitan area with top rising 2L and 3L candidates from around the country. Each year' conference and job fair includes around 25 employers and upwards of 100 law students. Employers participating in the interviews may include small, medium and large firms; corporate law departments; and public interest, nonprofit and government entities. Twin Cities employers from across the legal sector are looking forward to interviewing 2L and 3L students of color on January 11, 2021.
The conference is sponsored by Twin Cities Diversity in Practice who are also providing resume review opportunities for students registering for the conference. This Resume Review program is a great opportunity for law students of color participating in MMRC to receive tailored feedback on your resume from attorneys and legal recruiting professionals.
