The La Raza Lawyers Charitable Foundation, working in conjunction with the Santa Clara County La Raza Lawyers Association is pleased to announce the availability of the 2019 Law Student Scholarship Application. Since 1998, these grants have been awarded to Bay Area law students whose contributions to and activities in the community have encouraged and advanced the social, cultural, economic and legal equality of the underserved and underprivileged, especially those in the Latino/a community. The awards will be given at the 22nd Annual Scholarship Dinner on Friday, October 18, 2018 at the San Jose Marriott hotel in downtown San Jose. You will be notified on or before October 1, 2019 if you have been selected as a recipient. You must be present at the Scholarship Dinner to be eligible for your award. Additionally, recipients must provide a short biography and current photo for use in the Dinner Program no later than Friday, October 4, 2019.
