Student Health Program

Student Health and Counseling Services provides confidential medical care and health education services to facilitate your academic studies. Supported in part by your registration fees, these services include physician appointments, clinical laboratory, radiology, pharmacy, physical therapy and women's clinic.

Every entering student is encouraged to meet medical entrance recommendations consisting of a completed medical history form and documentation of immunity to rubella, rubeola, hepatitis B and tetanus. International students are also recommended to have a tuberculin skin test in addition to the basic medical entrance requirements.

Hours are 8am-5:30pm on Mondays, Tuesdays, Thursdays and Fridays; 9am-5:30pm on Wednesdays. To schedule an appointment, call (530) 752-2349.

All professional school students are required to purchase the Student Health Insurance at the time registration fees are paid. Waivers will be granted each academic year to those students who provide proof of comparable insurance coverage. The Student Health Center administers the Student Health Insurance Program and grants waivers.
