Professor Chin co-writes essay for Crime Report about collateral consequences

Professor Gabriel “Jack” Chin co-wrote a piece for The Crime Report about a new Certificate of Rehabilitation being weighed by Congress that would target the “internal exile” caused by the collateral consequences of a federal conviction. Chin, a founding member of the board of the Collateral Consequences Resources Center, collaborated on the piece with David Schlussel, the center’s deputy director. Read the op-ed

Gabriel "Jack" Chin is Martin Luther King Jr. Professor of Law and holder of the Edward L. Barrett Jr. Endowed Chair at UC Davis School of Law.
