Professor Jasmine Harris addresses 'Obstacles & Opportunities in Disability Law' at Yale

Professor Jasmine E. Harris discussed “Obstacles & Opportunities in Disability Law Today” on Sept. 11 at her alma mater, Yale Law School. Michigan Law School Professor Sam Bagenstos, American Association of People With Disabilities Board Chair Edward M. Kennedy Jr., Yale Law School Professor Yair Listokin and Jennifer Mathis, deputy director and director of policy and legal advocacy at the Judge David L. Bazelon Center For Mental Health Law, also participated in the event.

Professor Jasmine Harris joined the King Hall faculty in 2015 to teach evidence and disability law. She is a graduate of Dartmouth College and Yale Law School and a former clerk for the Honorable Harold Baer Jr. in the Southern District of New York. She has also worked at Wilmer Cutler Pickering Hale & Dorr and with the Advancement Project, where she was as a staff attorney with the Schoolhouse to Jailhouse and Quality Education projects.
