Professor Lee comments at intellectual property workshop at Michigan State

Professor Peter Lee served as an invited commentator at the 11th annual Junior Scholars in Intellectual Property (JSIP) Workshop at Michigan State University.

The workshop invites established intellectual property scholars to provide intensive feedback on the works of a small group of junior scholars who apply for participation in the program. Lee provided commentary on several works in progress spanning topics such as industry concentration in innovation markets, the role of innovation institutions in the opioid crisis, and Congress’ power to define patent rights.

Professor Lee's scholarly work addresses the intersection of science and society, particularly exploring the patent system's impact on scientific and technological progress.
