Professor Lee presents work-in-progress at University of San Diego School of Law

Professor Peter Lee presented a work-in-progress, “Concentration Drivers in the Commercialization of Intellectual Property,” as part of the ninth annual University of San Diego Patent Conference in March.

The paper explores a variety of factors driving concentration in IP-intensive fields, such as biopharmaceuticals and the film industry.

Professor Lee's scholarly work addresses the intersection of science and society, particularly exploring the patent system's impact on scientific and technological progress.
