Professor Lee discusses university patenting at Stanford Law School

Professor Peter Lee recently served as an invited discussant at a Stanford Law School round table on university patenting. He presented his views on the impact of patents on university culture and the commercialization of academic discoveries to a gathering of scholars, policy makers, and university technology transfer officials. Lee also helped generate policy recommendations to improve the processes by which academic discoveries are translated to commercial applications.
