Professor Joslin presents at Penn State and Yale

Professor Courtney Joslin presented her article“Autonomy in the Family” (forthcoming, UCLA Law Review) at Penn State on Sept. 20

On Sept. 22, Joslin took part in a panel at Yale University as part of the “Developing Families:  Innovations in Science and Law to Protect Early Relationships” conference. Her fellow panelists were Professor Melissa Murray of NYU School of Law, Professor Douglas NeJaime of Yale Law School, Professor Elizabeth Scott of Columbia Law School, and Professor Joseph Woolston of Yale School of Medicine.

Professor Joslin is a scholar in the field of family and relationship recognition, with a particular focus on same-sex and non-marital couples.
