Professor Chander Speaks at Yale Law School on Internet Intermediary Liability

Professor Anupam Chander spoke at Yale Law School on February 13 as part of an academic workshop titled “Beyond Intermediary Liability: The Future of Information Platforms.” Organized by Tiffany Li, who directs the Wikimedia/Yale Law School Initiative on Information and Intermediaries, the workshop examined information platform companies such as Facebook, Google, and Twitter and the legislative threats to their intermediary liability protections.

Professor Chander, Martin Luther King, Jr. Professor of Law at UC Davis School of Law, is a leading scholar of technology and law. He is the author of The Electronic Silk Road: How the Web Binds the World in Commerce, published in 2013 by Yale University Press.
