Professor Afsharipour Featured on Harvard Corporate Governance Blog

Research by Professor Afra Afsharipour was recently featured on the Harvard Law School Forum on Corporate Governance and Financial Regulation blog. The Forum is the top online resource for discourse on corporate governance. It now attracts over 70,000 unique readers a month on average, and its posts have been widely cited in law review articles and regulatory materials

The article, “Reevaluating Shareholder Voting Rights in M&A Transactions,” is forthcoming from the Oklahoma Law Review.

Professor Afsharipour’s areas of research include comparative corporate law and governance, mergers and acquisitions, and transactional law. Her scholarship has appeared in numerous law reviews, including the Columbia Law Review, the Minnesota Law Review, the Vanderbilt Law Review, and the UC Davis Law Review.
