Professor Frank Speaks at California State Bar Environmental Conference
On October 21, Professor of Environmental Practice Richard Frank ’74 spoke at the California State Bar Environmental Law Section's Annual Environmental Law Conference at Yosemite National Park. The topic of Professor Frank's presentation was "Key Recent Environmental Law Developments in the U.S. Supreme Court, U.S. Circuit Courts of Appeals, and the California Supreme Court." This conference, the largest of its kind in the Western United States, regularly attracts over 600 environmental lawyers, policymakers, scholars, and students. (This year, 17 King Hall environmental law students accompanied Professor Frank to the Yosemite Conference.)
Frank is a leader in the field of environmental law and the founding Director of the California Environmental Law and Policy Center at UC Davis School of Law.
