Professor Shestowsky Presents Research at AALS Conference
Professor Donna Shestowsky presented her latest research at the Association of American Law Schools (AALS) ADR Works-in-Progress Conference at Arizona State University’s Sandra Day O’Connor College of Law on October 21. She presented her latest manuscript, which reports empirical research on how litigants conceptualize legal procedures.
Donna Shestowsky, who has both a law degree and a Ph.D. in Psychology, is a Professor of Law and Martin Luther King, Jr. Research Scholar at UC Davis School of Law, where she teaches Criminal Law, Negotiation Strategy, Alternative Dispute Resolution, and a seminar in Legal Psychology. She was the 2007 recipient of the Law School's Distinguished Teaching Award.
