Professor Ikemoto Honored by Asian Pacific American Bar Association of Solano County

Professor Lisa Ikemoto ’87 is being recognized by the Asian Pacific American Bar Association of Solano County (APABA) with the organization’s President’s Award. The honor will be presented on October 25 at APABA’s 6th Annual Dinner in Fairfield. Presenting the award will be John Ambrosio ’11, outgoing APABA President.

Lisa Ikemoto, Martin Luther King, Jr. Professor of Law at UC Davis School of Law, has written extensively on genetic and reproductive technology, the regulation of fertility and pregnancy, and race and gender disparities in health care. Her current work examines emerging issues in regenerative medicine, including stem cell research, and the human tissues market.
