Dean Johnson Comments for Daily Journal on Supreme Court and Trump Travel Ban
Dean Kevin R. Johnson commented for the Daily Journal on the U.S. Supreme cancellation of oral arguments in two cases concerning President Trump’s executive orders barring travel from certain Muslim-majority countries. Dean Johnson said the move made sense given the Trump administration’s recent proclamation revising the parameters of those orders.
“It isn’t altogether surprising to me that the court asked for some kind briefing on the mootness issues,” Dean Johnson said.
