King Hall to Host Open Forum on Events in Charlottesville

UC Davis School of Law will host an open forum discussion of the recent events in Charlottesville, Virginia on Tuesday, August 22 at noon in King Hall Room 1001. The event, designed to help the King Hall community and campus community process the events in Charlottesville and their aftermath, will be moderated by Dean Kevin R. Johnson and feature a panel composed of Professor Raquel Aldana, UC Davis Associate Vice Chancellor for Academic Diversity, Professor Mary Louise Frampton, Director of the Aoki Center for Critical Race & Nation Studies, and Professor Aaron Tang.

The forum is co-sponsored by UC Davis School of Law, the Aoki Center for Critical Race & Nation Studies, the UC Davis Law Students Association, and the UC Davis Student Chapter of the American Constitution Society for Law and Policy.
