Professor Larson Lectures on WWI and Civil Liberties at Sacramento Public Library

Professor Carlton Larson spoke at the Sacramento Public Library on July 30, delivering a lecture on World War I and civil liberties as part of the library’s series of programs on the Great War.  Larson’s talk, which is available on YouTube, touches on topics including xenophobia, the abrogation of civil liberties, and suppression of the free press.
