New Research by Professor Shestowsky Featured in Dispute Resolution Magazine

Empirical research by Professor Donna Shestowsky on how challenged litigants are to identify their court's mediation and arbitration programs was highlighted in the "research insights" section of summer 2017 issue of Dispute Resolution Magazine, the official journal of the ABA's Section on Dispute Resolution.

Donna Shestowsky, who has both a law degree and a PhD in Psychology, is a Professor at UC Davis School of Law, where she teaches Criminal Law, Negotiation Strategy, Alternative Dispute Resolution, and a seminar in Legal Psychology.  She was the 2007 recipient of the Law School's Distinguished Teaching Award.
